Mirror Copy Overview

The Mirror copy plug-in is a Modify plug-in that makes a mirror-copy of a curved surface and combines it with the original surface into one object.

Using Mirror Copy

1. Select a line object at the top or bottom within a curved surface part in the Browser.

2. Choose Mirror Copy Surface from the Modify tool.

3. The Mirror Copy Surface dialog appears.

This dialog allows you to specify options for the mirror copy operation.

Refer to the Reference section below for more information on the options.

4. Click OK to create the mirror-copied curved surface.

Axis Direction Pull-Down Menu

Sets the direction in which the mirror copy is made.

Close Lateral Lines Checkbox

Determines if the lateral lines are closed or not. |
