The Message window displays messages and information related to plug-in and script operations. To open the Message window, choose View > Message.

Supressing the Message Window

If you wish to suppress the Message window so that it does not automatically display when running Python scripts or using plug-ins, check the Lazy Message checkbox on the General tab of the Preferences dialog.
